A simple and flavorful recipe for perfectly baked salmon, ideal for a healthy weeknight dinner.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, half juiced, half sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
  5. Top the salmon with lemon slices.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
