Ingredients
Scale
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare your slow cooker on low.
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, and crumbled blue cheese until well combined.
Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or the slow cooker insert.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 1.5-2 hours, or until heated through and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh chives, if desired.
Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For a less spicy dip, use a milder buffalo wing sauce or reduce the amount of hot sauce.
You can make this dip ahead of time. Assemble the dip, cover, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bake or reheat until hot and bubbly.
This dip is a great option for meal planning, as it can be prepared in advance for easy serving at gatherings.
