  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chopped toffee bits (optional)
  • Apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the 1/2 cup of caramel sauce until just incorporated.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped toffee bits.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh apple slices.
