Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
