2 pounds seedless grapes (a mix of red and green recommended)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. If grapes are large, you may cut them in half. Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream cheese dressing over the grapes. Gently fold the dressing into the grapes until all grapes are evenly coated.
Stir in the chopped pecans.
Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
Before serving, sprinkle the top evenly with the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Serve cold as a side dish or dessert style salad.
