Make this creamy, cheesy cottage cheese queso dip in just five minutes. It is a high-protein, healthy alternative to traditional queso, perfect for snacking or topping tacos and nachos.
Place the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and salt into a small, high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer the blended mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring halfway through, until the dip is hot and the cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
