  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
