Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, grape jelly, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker. Stir to coat the meatballs evenly with the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
  4. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.
  5. Serve hot as an appetizer or over rice for a main course.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, you can mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir it into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • You can substitute turkey or chicken meatballs for a leaner option.
  • Adjust the amount of jelly to control the sweetness.
  • This recipe is great for meal planning and can be made ahead.
