Ingredients
Scale
1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups meat sauce (your favorite recipe or jarred)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, melted butter, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix well until the spaghetti is coated.
Press the spaghetti mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust bakes, prepare the cheese filling. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the partially baked spaghetti crust.
Spoon the meat sauce over the ricotta layer.
Top the sauce evenly with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
Let the spaghetti pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
