1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix them together until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Stir in the drained Rotel, shredded cheese, and the entire packet of taco seasoning mix. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
