1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can (10.5 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 ounce) sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup finely crushed cornflake crumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash brown potatoes, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
If using, sprinkle the melted butter evenly over the top of the potato mixture.
