Simple and sweet honey butter roasted carrots, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced carrots with melted butter, honey, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
