  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed (or stabilized whipped cream)
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
