Easy no-bake energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, and honey for a quick and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and seeds in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins if using.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using slightly damp hands.
  5. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

  • These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For a different flavor, try using almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
